This weekend my aunt introduced me to Juice+ a vitamin supplement made from fruits and vegetables. I have been interested in finding a supplement that would help make up for my lack of normal fruit and vegetable intake. Supposedly, Juice+ is made from raw fruits and vegetables, dried, grinded into powder, and placed in a gel cap.

There are 3 types of Products I’ll be trying:

Orchard Blend - Red - Fruits
Garden Blend - Green - Vegetables
Vineyard Blend - Purple - anti-oxidants, Berries

I’ll be taking 2 Green in the morning, 2 Purple at lunch, and 2 Red at night.

Simultaneously, I’ll be blogging my diet, caloric intake, and weight/waist measurements in an attempt to live healthier.

I’m unsure how I’ll be able to decouple the effect of the supplement on my health, but I’ll try my best to discern noticeable changes in my physiogical changes.

Wow. The new artwork feature of iTunes 7, when it works, is amazing.

The quality of their artwork compared to the album art I already download is like the difference between regular tv and an HDTV. The only draw back is you need to properly tag your mp3’s for the iTunes servers to pull the right information.

I could see myself updating my artwork, one weekend, as a little project.

Update: I downloaded Picard from Musicbrainz to help tag my music properly. So far it’s matched 2 of the 2 Albums I threw at it! It’ll be interesting to see if it can handle some of the obscure music in my collection.
